Undersigned had purchase swing machine against purchase order no. 600746 dated 27.07.2013 and received delivery of said machine on 30.07.2013
Undersigned checked said machine but it is not working at all & informed to Mr. Arora & customer care unit dated on 31.07.2013 & customer care unit assured to the undersigned regarding to the replacement of said swing machine within 8 working days but said machine replacement is not recived yet.
As mentioned in the invioce 60 days money back garuantee undersigned had claim the same to the company.
