i have ordered a first time product from ur site but i found the product is not genuine and the product is used ,when i call the vendor of my product then the vendor is dissconnecting my call n some time vendor diidnt pick......i have call many of times to the vendor but no responce .........it is really a very shamefull thing that the rediff have such type of vendors and selling such types of used moibles phones to its customer .............i will never recommend to anyone for rediff shopping...........rediff totally a fake company and the product u have sent me is repaired also............MY ORDER NO. IS 7163830........... i received on 9th JUNE 2012 14:33............hope so u didnt do dis type of cheap things with anyone in future.........its really a very shamefull for rediff for this thing..............rediff is breaking its trust from persons day by day......reply me ASAP.......the problem i getting in my phone is as follow
1.Its internal space is 54mb and compressing its self without any downloading and installation
2.I am unable to install any apps from market or non-market sites
3.Battery sometimes shows full and sometimes as low as 15%.
4.Touch screnn issue...
5.hanging cell fone when using internet

HI,
I ordered a Original Mini Hand Sewing Machine. But when I received the product it was made in china and that also not working I had a word with customer care service and the agent Atul promised me that this will be replaced by a new Original Mini Hand Sewing Machine or it will be refunded but till now I don't have any reply.As people on rediff shopping are cheating the customers by showing a nice product on website and then providing a china made third class product which is not working after several mails and online complaint no one is responding
