i had purchase a mobile KARBON KT-81 from any shop in sadar cantt lucknow. the battery is weak. i go to the service centre. they told me that your battery comes in 5 days. now there is one month going on. they are not attending my call and not helping me from any side.
please sir help me i want the DO LETTER for the mobile to exchange
