The following week i.e. the week starting 30th November, 2009, I experienced that the screen was blanking out after speaking within a second or two and I had to switch off the cell and switch it on again for getting in touch with the next person or even viewing the main screen. Secondly could not send contact nos. to anyone, though the facility is available on the cell. Visited the dealer, he asked me to go to the Service Centre and it will be rectified.
Visitied the Service centre at Dadar (SAP Mobile Service Centre) on 5th December, 2009. Complaint No. 23 was registered and they informed me that the same was rectified and that I would have to reset the instrument which he did not wanted to do as I may loose all the contacts listed. But the same problem persisted. I again visited the Service Centre on 10th December, 2009 - Work Order No. SE 309 SAP 13101 dated 10th December, 2009 wherein they informed me that the problem is serious and needs to be sent to your Vikhroli Hub for repairs. and that they wud inform me once it is ready. On receiving the SMS on 17th December, 2009 to collect the same, I visited your workshop on Saturday i.e. 19th December, 2009. To my disappointment both the problems were still persisting. This was brought to the of your Mr. Sandesh - Chief of the Service Centre. He again informed me that they needed to send this instrument to your Vikhroli Hub. On contacting your Vikhroli Hub they informed me that the instrument needs to be sent to Chennai as the mother board needs to be changed. On 21st a Complaint was lodged at your Call Centre ( Mr. Harish) Complaint No. is ******** dated. 21.12.2009. Due to no response either from your Call Centre nor the service centre, Icalled up your Call centre on 26th Dec, they informed me that it is despatched from Chennai and the instrument should be available at the Service Centre by 29th January, 2009. The same problem persisted on 2nd January, 2010 when I collected the cell. Till date I have neither heard from your Service Centre nor your call Centre.
I would sincerely request you to kindly look into this issue and would appreciate if you could refund me the amount instead of making me to run constantly only for a defected instrument which is definitely not possible from my end.
