I am purchase one universal wireless bluetooth headset on 27.09.10 wide order no 6092745 worth Rs 439,And their Merchant Partner UNIQUE WORLD send the product on COD basis i recieve this on 31.09.10 after that i check the product and realise that that product is not working, After that i complaint this to Rediff and they are advise me to send the defected product to their merchant partner for replace.
i am send the product to their merchant address via Maruti Courier on 01.10.10 wide order no 3664 worth 50Rs ,after that i recieve the mail that the product is now outof stock and we will give you the money refund by payorder and the courrier charge which spend the send back the material.
after too much follow up on mail i recieve the payorder of Rs 50 which i spend for courrier charge and till now i am not recieve any payorder for defected product
i am continously mail them for this but now they are not give any response to me
So Please help me to take my money back
