Closed My Demat Account
I am employee of Kellton Tech my name is Parth Khot. Today I got message as your Account has been debited by 634.86 rs it is regarding Demat Account Charges.
At the time of Bank Account Creation it was told to us that no Annual Charges will be taken for this service. I am really disappointed with this thing.
Despite my successive request to you for closing my Axis Demat account, no action has been taken place till now.
I have intimidated called to Mr. Shankar numerous times and now he does not bother to answer my call.
I have been sending the emails from last 2 months and no action has been taken place till now, I don't think this is a way that axis bank entertain their customer.I am not happy with this thing that my issue is open from last 2 months.
I think you are willing to charge me again for the service that I am not interested.
If you are not able to close this service let me know your reporting person contact details, I 'll talk to them directly.
No Action has been taken on my request till date.They are giving me worst execuse. They have taken more than 4-5 months and still they have not returned my money.
