I ordered a book from infibeam. They shipped the book to me with tracking number: 10012962761.
When I track this number, the message I receive is ADDRESS INVALID
Which is not possible. I am residing at this address from past 7 years and all the people in the nearby locality know me.
This is not a very good service from this company. This shows how irresponsible is the company staff. Despite providing the mobile number I did not receive any call.
If I do not receive my good then I will take this case to consumer forum and sue this company and it's officials.
Do not forget that CONSUMER"S HAVE SOME RIGHT and you should do the business with HONESTY.
Complainant's Goal: I want action to be taken on this case and ship my goods free as not my fault
