compliant regarding temporary registration charges and accessories which are optional at the time of purchase of vehicle.In vijayawada branch at SRI KANKADURGA AUTOMOBILES LTD I have ordered for Honda shine kick-drum-spoke vehicle which is ready for delivery and when i wanted to pay the amount they are insisting me to take all accessories which amounts to RS:-2559.00 which i don't require and they are demanding RS:-500.00 as temporary registration charges which is abnormal as per RTA specified charges .KINDLY reply me for my future course of action or else
i may be constrained to approach RTA and to take appropriate legal action
Kanaka Durga Automobiles, Vijayawad, not suppose to cheat customers. Transparency has to maintain to retain as well as to get the new customers. I strongly suggest the management to take necessary precautions and actions to give good service to the customers. Decision has to be left to the buyer related to Accssories and extra fittings

I support this complaint. The same thing happened to me today at the same showroom(Kanaka Durga Automobiles, Vijayawad) when i went to take delivery of Honda Activa Vehicle. They insisted me to take all the accessories worth Rs.4,900/- many of which i dont need. More over they insisted me to take extended warranty worth around Rs.2,000/- which i dont require. Finally after much discussion they insisted to take with minimum accessories work Rs.1700/- and minimum warranty worth Rs.750/-. What is the meaning in taking this when the product with company warranty. This cheating at the showroom should be stopped at once without extending this cheating to other customers.
