HTC - Dead HTC Onex phone not replaced in warraeven after HTC written e-mail approval

The new HTC set which I purchased on April 29, 2012 went dead shortly after my purchase. Though I got a written approval from HTC India the franchisee - Redington service centre at Sector -14 Old DLF Colony Gurgaon is refusing to give me the full box replacement. Two job sheets were opened one on Jun 19 and the othe one on July 7, 2012, Till date I have not received the full box replacement but only misleading information taking me for a ride from pillar to post. My job sheet no is in the enclosed file.
Complainant's Goal: Full cost of the mobile Rs 36,100 with other oveheads -mobile, airtime, fuel,etc
