Infibeam - Damaged Product Delivered and no action taken for 3 months

The product was delivered as damaged. I took pictures of the same and placed a complaint to infibeam customer service on December 16th 2013. But the customer service has not resolved the issue nor have they given any timeline on when it will be resolved. I have called the customer service several times and emailed them several times as well. Every time I am told that the issue will be resolved soon. But its been 3 months now and I have still not received my refund. I do not understand why its taking infibeam so long to resolve a simple issue like this.
