Ekta Packers Movers - Damage bike received at destination

My bike(bajaj Pulsar 150-black) was booked for shifting from Gurgaon to Mohali on 29th August in the name of Ashish Kumar( Bill No. 302) and it was confirmed that bike will reach Mohali on 31st August.

On 31st Aug, when I called up to enquire about my bike, I was told that the vehicle carrying bike has met some minor accident and is caught up in Ambala and the matter will resolve today and reach to me on 1st september. The same story was repeated on 1st sept till 4th September. My calls went unanswered many times and finally on 5th september I got a call from a transporter in Mohali that my bike has arrived and I will have to pick up myself where as it was promised that the same will be delivered at home( mentioned on the bill). When I went there to collect my bike, it was badly damaged. The oil tank was damaged, the head light and its cover is damaged, the handle is damaged and clutches are not working and there are scratches all over the body which clearly shows that the bike has met some accident. The bike was also completely unpacked when I received while I got it packed in front of me only. None of the employee of packers n movers were ready to share the incident and Krishna, the main person of the company said he will revert back after enquiring. He also made a false statement that he is in Mumbai on 5th September where as his employee told me that he is in guegaon only and have went to some party.

Also, I was charged for transit insurance of 1050( mentioned on the bill ) and told that the insurance paper will be sent through bike only as booking was made on sunday and insurance company is closed on the day. But there was no such insurance done neither paper was sent to me.

This is a complete case of cheating and forgery and the damage done to bike is of the value of Rs. 15000.

Request you to please take strict actions against them and help me in getting my money back and also shut such cheater and forged company.
