This is Sangam from Vellore, regarding a balance related complaint on my TATA DOCOMO Number : ********88.
Daily Rs.1.0 is deducting from my account and I am getting a message saying Rs 1.0 Bal , there is no reason for deducting it.
This issue is happening for more than 2 months , I lost more that Rs.60 from my account.
Daily my balance is debited by Rs. 1 or Rs. 2 (in afternoon and in night) from last 2months.
Today on 11th Sept. Rs 2 was debited @ 01.00 am in night and now @ 8.30pm again it is debited by Re.1.
I have raised complaint so many times,
but still the issue is not resolved.
During my first complaint , service rep told me there is some services activated and he will deactivate it.
After deactivating these services also the same issue happens daily
Daily I am raising this issue by calling 121 number and some guys will say they will inform this to higher management,
but nothing happened.
I have sent mail to listen@tatadocomo.com, but no response from there also.
Now 121 number is ready to take complaints, instead they are asking me to call 198.
But in 198 no one never took the call, always saying all the customer care executives are busy.
Why this issue happens daily?
