I got a call from cvtimesjob.com (from the Noida office)on 11th march’2014 regarding the subscription in the Job Portal of Rs.2000 ( Registration Charge)which , they assured us , is onetime payment & after that no other charges will be there. I am a chemical engineer by profession.So I have believed the executives of cvtimesjob.com (As I knew that timesjob.com is a very renowned Job Portal) & paid the amount by Internet Banking ( paid on 13 th march, 2014).

On the same day, as soon as the payment was received by them, two of their Executives (Mr.Akash & Mr.Ajay) again called me up and asked me to pay Rs.2500 again for the Educational Verification & Employment Detail Verification. They insisted that Rs. 1500/- which I paid initially will be ineffective if I do not pay Rs2500/- subsequently.
Accordingly, I have paid Rs2500/- by Internet Banking (Order No. 5********). As instructed, I have also sent my qualification & experience details also by mail. As per their commitment, they were supposed to send me the certificate by mail but I have not received the certificate yet.

Again on 3rd April’2014 one Senior Executive (Mr.Harish) have called me up & asked me to pay Rs.3750/- to appoint the Relationship Manager for the interview process. I have asked them to send me a mail and convince us that Naukri will not charge any more from us. They have sent us a mail which was a copy of the website Html page & which is silent on future payments.

I have paid this time again because they will provide me the service as desired . I have already paid (nearly Rs.12000)but yet to get any single service from them. On 21st April’2014 they have again called me & said that if I do not pay the money my Registration under cvtimesjob.com will be cancelled.

I have contacted Customer Care Service on 24th April’2014 & explained the incident in detail. However, I did not get any solution from them.

Under the circumstances, I don’t want any service whatsoever from cvtimesjob.com because now I am convinced that they misguide customers by giving wrong & incomplete information & false hope. Being a branded Job portal we, as a customer did not expect this type of service & behavior of the executives from them.

I have paid the them nearly 12000INR but till now i havent recieve any thing from them.
After my last transaction on 23rd April,2014 they are not recieving my call neither on +********2430 nor on +********6003(Mr. Akas).
No one replying on mail also. Most funniest thing with me was happend yesterday as one Executive called me yesterday from Naukriemployee.com they also having the same Website just difference of Name, everything content and even address is also the same. Mr. Amit (executive from Naukriemployee.com) told me they will claim on cvtimesjob.com for this also i hve to connect with naukriemployee.com through net banking (need to trnasfer 2500INR. in their acount ********0000047) But this time I did not pay the money my Naukriemployee.com.


I would request you to arrange the refunding amount of money I have already paid, i.e, Rs12000/- and take necessary measures to prevent recurrence of such incidents.
