This is bring to your notice that, Tata Docomo Teleservices , Naupada Branch Thane Is involved in following criminal as well as handling false documents of the customer.

1.Used my name and documents for making false mobile records
And issued 3 account ids and 3 mobile nos under each account id.

2.The person/persons  used the mobile numbers is involved in duping no.of peoples in mumbai by giving advertising in news papers for instant loans.
(I hv all the proofs with me.).

Mulund and Ghatkoper. From there I was shocked to know that, on application form my details were put and someone's else pic was pasted on the form

When I Enquired about verification process, it was more shocking that alternate verification no. Was
********95 and one land line no. Which was from Tata Docomo Naupada office, Thane.

I had already taken this matter to thane Police and
Also informed them abt the criminal activities occured in the month of july, August and sep. 2013.

I am Requesting you to take necessary and strict action asap .
