CONCESSIONAL TICKET MUST BE BOOKED THR.INTERNET WEB SITE OF RAILWAY,WHICH IS VERY MUCH HELPFUL TO THE HANDICAP PASSANGERS,
PL.DO NEEDFUL AT AN EARLIEST, THEIR CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS CAN BE VERIFY DURING TRAVELLING, AS SAME VERIFY FOR THE SENIOR CITIZENS,

Sir, I am Physically Handicapped, & when I got concession railway ticket, then confirm Birth seat given of Upper & side Upper only.
I write also give me lower birth but there no response to PH candidate.
(1) Railway softaware modify, then automatically lower, middle birth given first of all give to PH.
it will change within a second if you want to give

Indian railway booking iticket from Internet for all category,
But There are not Facility for Physically Handicapped Person. Actually Iticket must for Handicapped person, if you railway want to give concession.
Railway can checked All documents in the train.

IRCTC have to start this service for handicapped persons.
Why they are not doing this ?
plz start it as many peoples can take benefits of this service.
I AGREE WITH THE CONTENT. E-TICKET FACILITY MUST BE PROVIDED FOR HANDICAPPED PASSENGERS ON IRCTC AS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO GO AT RESERVATION COUNTER. THE DOCUMENTS CAN BE VERIFIED ON BOARD AS IN CASE OF SENIOR CITIZENS.
I support this complaint. This facility should be first, because handicap person cant able to go and take tkt everytime from booking counter.
For handicap person it should be must on line reservation/ticket booking, etickets.
