CREDIT CARD NUMBER full and final settlement for 44********811000.
Respected Sir,
I was issued a credit card by ICICI Bank during the year 2005 for company ‘s expense. I left the organization in 2006 and shifted to Bangalore and company promised to clear the outstanding to bank, the company did honour the payment, in 2014 March I started working in Mumbai as consultant for a private company, at that time ICICI Bank started harassing me for the above card number and I cleared the amount by paying full cash for Rs 1,94.000.00 which was collected by Mr Ashok and his another ICICI Bank colleague.
Now ICICI Bank denies about the above payment and says they have not received the payment and torturing me and my family every often after 15 years of card issuance where we have sleepless nights. Pl help us sir.
They asked me to clear the outstanding or face the consequences. Due to this I issued the cheque for full and final settlement for 1,47,000/- and stopped the payment in the bank as my credit amount could not come in my account.
I am presently a retired person and no money to pay which I have already paid. I told them I also ok to repay again in installments again for the same amount but they are not agreeing.
I wanted to get help in the matter and file a complaint against the ICICI Bank official and my advocate requested to make a formal complaint to proceed further with the case.
