nakul malani - complaints of indian railways senior citizen passenger not getting lower berths

We 4 senior citizens and 4 Ladies were travelling by 12114 Garib rath from Nagpur to Pune on 16-09-2011 and booked tickets on 30-08-2011 were alloted all upper berths and only one side lower. Again we returned back on 24-09-2011 by 12113 for which the tickets were booked on 30-08-2011 were alloted all upper berths and only one side lower. We noticed young persons were given lower berths and RAC who booked after us also got lower berths. The railways should do something in the matter as it is harassment for old persons
