Sony Ericsson - Complaint regarding Defective Handset named W 20 ( XYLO )

Sir,
I Priyanka Soni have purchased a handset named W20 (Xylo) from your authorised centre named Symphony A.B. Road Indore ( M.P.) on 26/august/2010 and it is in the warrenty period.

They sold me the defective piece of handset..Hardly 1 month 15 days are completed and its functinal keys are not working properly..When i am going to dial any number, the dial button(green button) is not working and in case if it dial button is working i am not able to cut(red button) the phone..
When i contact to the authorised centre they told us to contact to their sony service centre..At the centre the behaviour of the receptionist was so rude..they told that you have to leave handset for 10 days and they will open the handset and change the kit for repairing..

But i want replacement of my handset as only 45 days had gone from purchasing date..
We have faith in SONY PRODUCTS thats why i have purchased it..but i am very upset from the service of the handset...

Please look in the matter.
