Complaint by: Charanjeet Singh on March 21, 2014, 5:16 pm in News and Media

Dear Sir/Madam My name is CHARANJEET SINGH, an Indian national.
Details of my former employer, where I lost my my previous job is:-
K.B.H Kaanuun (4th March 2013 - 22nd March 2013)
Location: Dubai International Financial Centre (D.I.F.C)
Medical tests conducted at: D.I.F.0 (Dubai International Financial Centre) Al Muhaisna Medical Centre (Sonapur)
1) My first complaint while working in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) as a resident is the right to appeal and I should be given 1 month to appeal which was not given to me and I was deported in 1 week time.
2) After my chest x-ray and blood test was conducted at D.I.F.C, they asked me to visit Al Muhaisna Medical Centre (Sonapur) for further investigations. At Al Muhaisna Medical Centre, I had submitted my sputum, blood sample and also examined with Mantoux test.
3) Now I want to tell you the bitter truth which I have not yet disclosed it to any media person, I hope and I am sure your Dubai Health Authoritie's culprit officer knows about this well who has done his/her best to spoil my career. If you have an honest and reliable scrutiny team you will definitely find him/her who has done this act. At the time of Mantoux test, they checked my left hand 3 days later, where they injected that chemical and she (nurse) saw zero swelling in that area, even I am the witness of that. I saw the nurse writing Negative on a small size yellow card which is designed for Mantoux report. I was happy to see the result when she wrote Negative on that card and I assumed there will be no issue at all and I may start up with my job after a long duration which I found after 1 year and I could manage my financial constraints for the treatment of my paralyzed father sitting at home.
4) All my dreams were shattered when I came to know that D.H.A declared OLD Tuberculosis or Latent Tuberculosis in my body. I was not even aware about the symptoms of tuberculosis, since I had never faced any issue like this in my life neither with myself nor my parents.
5) Just because of deportation and after investing my 6 years in Dubai, I could not find any suitable job for me in India and when I found in Dubai I was thrown out as if I am untouchable.
6) At the time of Sputum submission, I was not getting sputum because I was not having any kind of cold or flu. I could not submit the same to your medical centre .0n this, the nurse told me that you have to meet the senior doctor at Al Muhaisna Medical Centre itself if you will not give us sputum, her tone was like as If I have done some crime by not giving her the sputum. This was really reluctant.

7) The day, I met with the senior doctor. Telling you the fact as it happened with me. Doctor first question was - From when you are having this problem? I replied which problem doctor! Still I said, If I have any kind of illness I only prefer herbal medicines. Doctor asked me form how long you are taking these medicines? I asked Doctor which medicines you are talking about. Doctor did not replied me. After this Doctor took his stethoscope and put it behind or near my shoulder for just 2 seconds not more than that and said KHALLAS! The whole seen was like a judge and a culprit. This is the truth and a real fact. I could not see the relation and care of a doctor with a patient.
8) Few nurses at Al Muhaisna Medical Centre are very arrogant while dealing with active tuberculsis patients as per my complete study at your medical centre as if they have no right to speak especially with those who belong to labor class. Does a poor man is not human?
9) I believe and I am sure there will be no spy cameras over the nurses and senior doctors about how they are behaving with poor patients. Already patients are not well and they are getting deportation and on the top of that they are getting scolded by nurses. This is really the height of endurance. Just imagine their pain, if the same happens with you or your personnel how you will feel? An Indian lady patient was getting scolded in front of her small child by the nurses of Al Muhaisna Medical Centre (A part of Dubai Health Authority). Does your nurses don't feel ashame when they were scolding a mother in front of her child. If they have a mother heart they might have understood it well!
10) Being a victim of your regulations I can tell you the real facts happening inside your health authorities, perhaps your staff will never tell you these hidden specifics since they do not want to put their job in trouble. It seems there is no service quality control department in Al Muhaisna Medical Centre. If this the way of behaving with your residents then who will enter Dubai in the future? Truth is never hidden.
11)1 have been discriminated; harassed and humiliated by Dubai Health Authority. This is the worst incidence of my life.
I lost my job just because of your health authority!
