I purchased my bike (Thunderbird 500) from Kingsautoriders in Jan 2013. I got my insurance policy and the RC/TC card with incorrect information printed.
I immediately gave both insurance policy and RC/TC card back to Kingsautoriders for modification.
After contineous follow up with kingsautoriders authorities and the Royal enfield concerned people. I got the corrected insurance policy in Oct. 2013.
I'm still waiting and following it up for my corrected RC/TC card.
The sales representatives are careless and very inefficient in their work. whenever I call or visit their office I got same answer from every representative. No one is bothered to take responsibility of the mistake done by their office and rectify it ASAP.
