I Mr. B. Trinadha Rao have purchased a Karbon Mobile Model No: K442 on 21st June 2010 at Mounika Cell World, NAD X Roads, Vishakhapatnam and AP. I have facing some sort of technical issues from the Day 1 onwards. I will explain you a few of the problems I am facing. I can’t able to take a call for more 5 minutes continuously; call gets disconnected barely after 2-3 minutes. At first I thought that I having mistakenly put some settings on the mobile, but later I came to know that the problem is with the piece itself. Apart from this one, there many more technical problems like speaker volume is very low etc.
So I have contacted with the authorized service center in my city, Sri Manjunadha communications, Akkayapalam, Vishakhapatnam. They have registered a complaint with Job Number:-2697 dated on 21st Aug 2010. They took around 1 week time and returned the mobile saying everything is fine and have updated the required software. But within no time same issue raised. I am very much annoyed the way your service center people are handling the problems in our area. It seems like they are inefficient in resolving the technical issues related to your mobiles. If don’t concentrate on the maintaining good relationships with customer, you would be nowhere to sponsor anymore cricket matches in the country. I have lost my faith on your mobiles, so please refund my money back or provide me good conditioned mobile to me.

purchased the Karbonn K460 Mobile. It is still 4 months ago. It has still 10 months warranty. The keypad has came off and display completely damaged and they are telling it as physical damage.and no will take responsibility in dealer shop ....
