I ankur Agarwal have booked a hotel sea sand in Kovalam on 28th Oct and also paid for it on advance but now on 20th Dec yatra is saying that we cannot provide you another hotel . We can just provide your refund with 1000 etc amount and that too when i have contacted the hotel and informed them that hotel is not available . At this peak time of new year we are not getting any accommodation anywhere and all our tickets have been booked . In other sites i have to pay three times the amount of money to book another hotel . Please see through this issue soon and take strict action s againsts yatra .com

Firstly of all thanks for arranging my trip to Manali which has a mixed reaction and mixed memories which could have been sweet memories but due your representative Mr Lalit who spoil my tour
I regret that Yatra such a big brand name fail to deliver the basis things right and which has immensely mental stress and harassment leading to lot of confusion and keeping us in dilemma.
So would like to state my tour experience with you as due to your representative Mr Lalit mobile no ********20 who was the king of the whole mishap and could have avoid less tension and mental stress if proper planning was done
Nothing was followed as per the itinerary given to us and we at the hands of the driver as repeatedly I have told Lalit that nothing was going as per our itinerary but he just told us to remain clam Let me illustrate my above statement by giving you our daily days spend at Manali
First day when we arrived at Manali around 11 am there was nobody to pick us when we had call the driver number provided by Great Lalit some other driver come to pick us up and there was a fight between the old driver and the new driver. My only point was be specific in your approach as there was already a traffic jam and these fight took more half an hour of us. Once we reached the hotel we were told that today there will be sight seen where as per the itinerary we were been given rest day. Immediately called up your great representative he told us to follow as what was going and so we have no option but we had to agree. In these he did not cover Hidambai temple and Manu temple saying that these will be cover on the last day.
Second day was ok and nothing to complaint about that
Third day was our Rotnag where due to the driver mistake it took him to reach one hour late as he was searching our hotel as our hotel was in remote location and he could find it easily and like fools we were standing in the hotel entrance from 4 am. On return solan valley was not shown to us saying that we are late and we have to go vishit temple creating more confusion. My 3 k was pending and I had done the transaction on second day itself but the amount was not received to yatra so I had informed Mr lalit that there was a problem and hence the amount has not got transferred so I will make an another transaction as soon as I come back from my rotnag day visit which I had done on the 4 day but still the driver was asking me the payment and I do not know a person name by Prakash was abusing me saying that we do not take any body prior to cash itinerary rotnag
Fourth day was given rest day we were told to stay in hotel I did not understand these concept that why we given rest day as theses was literally stupid as yatra wanted to make money and not service
Fifth day was icing on the top we were told nothing was calling Lalit initially no response but at 10 am he told us that once you check out the hotel at 12 pm you will be given driver to visit the two temple. Driver came at 2 pm and our took us to temple. Totally irresponsible driver who did understand the gravity of the situation as repeatedly told him that our bus was at 5.30 pm. My bus was booked at 5.30 and at around 5.15 we were still at the temple I had to call up the volva guy and told him to wait for us as were are caught in traffic jam which he agreed I am thankful to him or there would have been a chaos of the whole situation
Summarised my quick view on the tour to Manali tour which was literally shocking for me

Lack of coordination
Lack of communication
Stress and mental harassment
No guide line followed which lead to money waste of mine
Every day a new tom d-ick and harry would talk to me asking for payment of Rs 3 k apart from lalit
Lastly feel cheated as Yatra has taken us for a good ride and made money from us I promise I will never ever travel with Yatra and some will be convey to all my social friends and my families
Totally disappointment and thanks for spoiling my trip as these was a very special being my wife birthday
