I have placed an Order No. 10396082 on www.timtara.com site for a Micromax Mobile Phone on 12-2-2013. I have done full payment of 9189/- via Net Banking and was promised delivery within 3 weeks. I have still not received the product as on 26-03-2013, in spite of sending numerous mails and continuously calling their customer care no. where nobody responds. I have spent nearly 1000/- in my phone calls to their site in the last 2 months. I want full refund of my amount from the site including my phone call bills ie: Rs. 10189/-. Kindly help me.
