Web Planer India - complaint against web planers india gurgaon

i sanjeev kumar r/o s-51/32 dlf phase-3 gurgaon having my office in 129 aap ka bazar gurgaon. I have awarded contract of developing my company portal in the name of naukriexpert.com on 15-12-2009. at the time of awarding the contract i have instructed mr. vishal who is the project cordinator of the contract to develop such a system on portal so that if a candidate register on that portal portal itself will generate a unique id for the candidate and made a web page for him besides all other clarifications. mr vishal has agreed in principle to develop me such a system within 7 days and on his commitment i have start registration process in my office. but after 7 days when i contacted office of web planer india i have been told that mr vishal is busy on certain australian project and we will provide you the services within next 4 days. in the meantime i have registered 159 candidates as on 22-12-2009 .but webplaners india will not be able to provide such aservice on portal till now and my office is closed from 22-12-2009 i am loosing my goodwill in the market i have to bear the expenses of office without any income. pressure is mounting on me to refund the amount of registered candidates. i have losses of Rs 35 lakhs in the office . cut of date for completion of my project is 15-2-2010. but on 25-2-2010 when i have called project cordinator mr. m.l saini he starts abusing me and given threat to my life. i have made a complaint regarding this in ps city gurgaon.now web planer india is not coperating in any way and they have put copy right on thier name in my portal. i have also made a payment of Rs 30000/- and per my valuer total cost of work done by webplaners is Rs6000/- please help me otherwise i have no option left to commit suicide. because all of my work is held up
