I placed an order online for BRAUN Epilator Series 3-3170( Series 3-3170) on 10 December 2011.The delivery time has told 8-10 working days.I talked more then 25 times with customer care but i am not setisfied to their responce.The customer care executives of timtara.com are not ready to reply me. Their responce is too bad.When i called to their executive, he said "sorry this is wrong no." and cut the call.I have sent more then 10 e-mail but still they are postpond my order.I am still waiting for my product.

This is sort of harassment ,they will not shipped it,as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.
