We purchased water purifier of brand Hindustan Unilever Pureit from Next showroom Add: 1,2,3 saroj Apartments Murbad Road, Nr Pornima Talkies Kalyan-W contact no. 0251-2302787/3233990 receipt no. ******** amount Rs. 5300/- on 29/05/2012 with promising in 2 days company representative will come at your home for fitting the machine.
We keep on following with "next" showroom person but they keep on assuring he will come on tomorrow but it never happen. Finally on 18/06/2012 my Dad Mr. Gurunath Khapre phone no. ********31 launched complaint at pureit complaint desk complaint no. 1********7. So they send their representative on second day 20/06/2012. He said on visit there are some parts are not send by seller, so ask him to send those part to pureit service center. Later on after 2 day my father visited to Next Shop again he called up to service center guy asking now what was the delay he replied those people not send Screw of that part.
We keep on following with those people till date we didn't received any satisfactory response from shop(NEXT Showroom) nor from Manufacturer(Pureit). Now its almost a month but we are still unhappy with their services. In-fact we are in loss now a days due to delay by this guys we are purchasing daily Rs.175 Bislary for drinking because our old purifier we not in working condition. If we calculate till date i spent 175*28 days from purchase date which will be around 4900 direct loss for us. So will compensate it and mental stress is separate.
Request you to kindly solve our problem as early as possible.
