Hi!! I have applied for ICICI Saving Bank account, I was told that the account opening will take 4 working days, It's more than 12 days and i haven't got the account. I tried calling the branch but only thing i get from them is false promises and assurance.Can I launch complaint with Cunsumer court regarding the above case?? If yes how do i go about and under what section i can do the complaint????

I support this complaint. The service levels of ICICI bank are pathetic

I advise all new card holders to stay away from this bank.

The customer service never picks up the call and if you happen to lose your card , it may take 4-5 hours to reach them, by the time your account will be emptied.

Be safe. avoid ICICI, it sucks.

I was at ICICI bank in City Centre ,Gwalior to deposit my JMET fees through Chalan form.I waited for 4-5 hours but still couldn't deposit it.Your bank managers were very rude and irresponsible and at the same time ,they yelled on us(me and my friend).Your internet facility are extremely poor and servers at maximum time always shut off.Your token system facility is very poor.The queues are very long.I will suggest my friends that they wouldn't use your bank .
The last date to deposit my fees is 8th october and if anything wrong will happen ,I will definitely blame ICICI bank for this.
Personally,I was humiliated by your staff .
