Hi,

I went to bank and asked bank staff, Please provide me new bank account open form for PNB. Bank Staff replied me account opening form is not available today. next day again i went to bank and asked please provide me account opening form they have again replied samething. then I have contact with Branch Manager (Mr. Sharma) and requested please provide me new account opening form they asked me Rs.100 for form then I said sir for open a new account in anybank there is no charges for bank for form which is as per RBI guideline. then Mr. Sharma called to servent and provide me account opening form.

Next day I have completed my form and asked where I need to submit it they said today there is no staff in bank, come after lunch.

I again went after lunch (2.30PM) and asked for submit my open account form they said account verification satff is not available so we can not take your form. I requested please take my form and verify it later and if you found any mistake is there then give me call or drop a email to me. I will come and correct it. Then they said we can not take it come tomorrow.

I went next day in the bank and asked please submit my account open form but again satff as well as manager said we can not take it. the using launagage that "K main staff paida karu kya kaam karne k lia ya bazar se staff kareed k launga" I asked why you are using such kind of langauge then they said "Main ayse branch chalata hu tere se jo hota ha kar le'

At last i was unable to open a account in PNB bank.

Once I heard PNB MD & CEO and they said we are the second largest PSU Bank in india and we are improving our services

But I did not understand how they are claiming that we are improving the services.

Please accept this as a compliant against branch manager of PNB Barabazar shikhohabd branch and take the necessary action
against him.

Dear Anubhav,

I am a common man like you and I feel sorry for whatever insult to your DIGNITY you faced from these idiots.

Let me tell you that there is NO use of complaining to the authorities with in the bank. I do not whether you still want to take an action against them. If you do then please write to me at sabharwaljasdeep@gmail.com
