I have book Swift ZXI (Azure Grey) through Fortpoint, Mumbai in first week of November 2010. I was committed that I will get the car by Jan 2011 end latest. Upon the commitment I sold my Alto to the same dealer in December 2010, hoping to manage my travelling for 1 month. I have already made the complete payment to Fortpoint as per the price list.
I am been following up with Fortpoint since Jan 2011 end but didn’t get any response from there end. I logged a complaint with Maruti (Complaint number – ********76 dated 17th Jan 2011) which was closed without my consent. Post which I got a call from Fortpoint mentioning I will get the car by Feb 2011 end without any further delays & they want me to confirm on mail regarding the new commitment. I sent the mail to Fortpoint confirming the same. But after noticing there is no action happening till Feb end I called them again. Reply from there end was that still the car is not available and will take more 15 days.
I have not got the new car till date (1st March 2011). Its been 4 months after the car is booked, which does not reflect good on Maruti Suzuki as a company.
I am very unhappy that I choose Maruti as my second car.

sir,
with due respect i wan to say that last week i went one of your dealership for enquire about maruti suzuki swidt dzire zdi i asked for the waiting period they told me its near about 3 months but i wanted it earlier cos it was my marriage next month i went from there but next day i got a call from one of your sales advisor name MR.vipin kumar sharma. after some normal discussion he camed at my place then he told me about the another way of getting the a car earlier and without nothing. nut he was charging extyra 20,000 as a premium cost. that thing sounded me a bit odd as its a unofficial amount or a bribe you can say that after somedays i went to your dealership again there i grasped some more names then the same guy mr. vipin tooked me to MR.AJAY BHARADWAJ .(AGM SALES) and ravi vij senior sales advisor. they told me the same process of getting car earlier. i have the recording of them too. now i am gona complaint against your dealership in consumer court for asking a bribe.

Today, I am Deposited 16,900/- ( sixteen thousand nine hunderd only) on our State bank of india Account No-20023866189. for Name of Person= PIYUSH GUPTA , Deposited on Samarth Nagar Branch,(7919) Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
on maruti suzuki person and he hold me cash is not deposited on his account pls hel me

As mentioned if there is a waiting on the product Swift due to higher demand and lesser production capacity then why do you accept bookings against the same.
