I, Uttam Mondal, a resident of Asansol (W.B.) is a owner of a Honda motorbike. I own a Honda CBR 250R (ABS), which met with a major accident few months back in Kolkata. I dropped the bike at an authorized Honda service centre in Kolkata itself. The inspection and all insurance formalities are clear. But I'm not getting ant positive feedback from the service centre.
It has been almost eight months now and my bike is still in the service centre. When I approached the authority they said that some parts are not available. Last month when I called at the service centre I was told that the bike will be delivered after Durga Puja but it has not happened yet.
Today I got a call from the insurance company ICICI Lombard stating that my claim will be cancelled soon as it's almost eight months now from the date of the claim. I again called at the service centre and they said that the bike will be delivered after Diwali. I just cannot make out what's taking them so long to fix it.
