Apple I-phone was purchased by my son Rajat Rana Through edabba.com , omnipresent retail India Pvt. Ltd branch office 612, Shivai Plaza Sag Baug Marol Village Andheri [east] PIN 400059 . Invoice no. 12302199 vide order Id 3017990.01. Item code was 103949 Apple Iphone 5 16GB. Full and final payment which includes all taxes that was Rs. 44290.00 was paid.Date of purchase was 21 August 2013 . It was assured that mobile will be delvered within 3 days.

Blue Dart failed to delivered the item within time. On line check could not reveal anything. When we contacted Blue Dart office jalandhar branch , on 27 august it was informed that i have to file Affidavit signed by notarary confirming that article is not for commercial but for personal use. I asked them why they have not intemated me about the requirments and were negligent on their part. Which has Caused me undue tension , hardship and harrassment. I got affidavit attested through notarary on that very date 27/08/2013 and gave it to Blue Dart Jalandhar branch but they again failed to deliver the product till 29/08/2013. Again i contacted Blue Dart office on 29/08/2013 at 5pm and was informed that parcel has been received and i should go back home and they will deliver it to me only at home. Finally i reached home and got my parcel after so much hardship and tension. Strange thing is Blue dart is very much negligent in their responsibility. They have returned my affidavit too which shows it was not required at any stage by any authority and Blue Dart would have misappropriated my article if would have not been vigilant.Therefore my request is blue dart should be penalised for its in effeciency and irresponsibility and unconerned attitude. Blue dart faild to comply its responsibility and defecient in services
