ASHIRVAADH PROMOTERS - COMPLAINT AGAINST ASHIRVAADH PROMOTERS, TAMBARAM, CHENNAI

Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub Reference: My Flat at Joy Homes Apartment, Block C, F1, Mudichur - Manimangalam Road, Krishna Nagar Extn., Varadharajapuram, Mudichur, Chennai - 48.

With reference to the above subject, hereby purchased the flat from Ashirvaadh Promoters on April 3, 2010, we have paid the full amount for 833 sq. ft of 1750/sq ft to these promoters but we find lot of faults in the initial stage, replaced floor tiles, bathroom tiles, kitchen was not handed over as per the agreement, supported with a wood to keep the things, over flooring tank had some crack, these were forced to do by the promoters as we were back of them. The real image of the building was into the out world once the monsoon started, we found the top cealling dreanched & the side walls were with water, moreover the water started to flow from the walls, we called the promoters but there was no response, inturn sent them a strong mail on the happenings & they called me back & said this would be rectified. We are unsure this buidling will last long, hence approached a lawyer & he suggested not to request the promoters for further rectification, instead ask them to take back the building with the present market price, based on this decision, I met the promoter Mr. Kannan on 6-Dec-11 for 5 minutes discussion & asked them to take back the building with the present market price, he said will take back but not on the present rate, I gave them one month time to decide, therein they did not even call, but the ceiling was replaced thereafter on the "Thane" cyclon, the front hall & bedroom walls were with complete water & moreover overflowed on the floors leaving us in question.

We need a firm answer from the promoters to take back the flat at the present market price & we does not need any rectification further. We all are pulled into depression on this incidence & promoters should pay us the full settlement with the interest we paid initally where they did not hand over in time & for selling us a fake building, giving us false commitment & taking our money.
