I the undersigned would like to inform you that I had brought a BOLERO XL AC 9STR BSIII bearing engine no.-GHD4L59437,chassis no.-MA1WG2GHKD5L77964 from your company authorized dealer namely Star India(sale on service),Kharagpur,Paschim Medinipur,West Bengal on 24/12/2013.After running of 10,000 kms(2-3months),both tyre offront wheel have developed 2 to 3 air pockets and become defective.Being that self contracted above sale and service centreto lodge the complaint and to get replacement of above tyres.But the dealers refused to replace the tyre saying that there is no warranty of tyres is offered by the Mahindra and Mahindra company.The above dealer is not co-operating and also mis-behaving with me.
I brought the above vehicle on loan from Mahindra Finance.As I am belongs to a middle class family,I am not in position to replace the tyres on my own expeses.
I therefore request to you to look in to the matter sympathetically and direct concernd dealer to replace the tyres at the earliest.
I hope a favorable action from your reputed company.I shall be highly grateful to you,if a leave of confirmation about action taken is communicate to me in the following address.Thanking you.
