TRYING TO REACH COMPANY TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT SINCE OCT 2015. NO RETURN OR REFUND, PHONE NUMBER NOT CONTACTABLE. NO REPLY ON EMAILS. ONLY THING THEY SAY IS WE WILL DO THE EXCHANGE. ALMOST 6 MONTHS BEFORE I PLACED THIS ORDER.THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FOOL.
Complainant's Goal: ASK COMPANY TO REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT.
