My Icici bank salary account of previus employer and current employer was leaned for once and twice respectively, though I did the settlement for twice for the same credit card on which some fraudulence was done unnoticed by me.
For the first time to release my account the bank debited Rs 6555/- saying this is the settlement amount and the settlement letter will be issued within few days, nothing came to even after my regular follow up with bank. Again in April 09 my current salary account was leaned saying there was no settlement against the same credit card, and i was bound to pay Rs 30000/- for the settlement, this time i received the letter samultaneously, but again in september 09, they leaned my account saying \"No Settlement\". leading a huge amount of pressure and tension to me, after a long discussion/mailing /running/ visiting their office / showing the Settlement letter my account was released.
I my agenda is if i misplaced/lost the settlement letter i would have to pay again a hefty amount to bank to release my account. Also what is the guarenty that they wont lean my account again in future.
I want the bank to compansate for my tension lose of sence and more over to return back my 30000/- which i paid the second time for settlement.
