I am Gopal maitra a owner sony erriction model f305. Actually My issue for which I am registring over here is the cell phone itself it is so called as a multimedia gprs and bluetooth enabled cell phone and according to the mannual and the mobile store wher I purchase it from says that this phone is compaitable with all laptops or desktops if you connect them for Internet the phone will work as a modem and the computer will be able to connect to internet the speed and the connection will vary from teh sim card company but let me describe the phone first this is a multimedia phone which does not have a data cable to connect to the computer Lets do one thing the customer buy one of teh cable by investing on the cable even though he purchase teh phone by rs 7000 thinking that if no cable provided the bluetooth will atleast work but this did not work so I purchase the cable now when I am trying to connect the phone ther are no proper driver cd nor teh driver mentioned on the sony link work as because the driver did not work after lot ofhere and there finding thing got that ther must be a software which we called as a pc suit which helps in many ways is not present for this model so if all the things as mentioned by the company such as bluetooth, gprs multimedia cellphone is now giving only few things such as teh songs and the bluetooth which is only for transferring data to other and teh gprs which is only for the phone itself but not for the computers hence it should be named as fully featured mobile phone which have the ability of bluetooth for transfering data, teh gprs which is only for the cell phone usage and the data cable which doesnot have a pc suit and a proper driver so this should not be named as fully featured cell phone. I don\'t know if this request is really going to do or change any of my view to sony but at least if please pass this message to others so that they can see what is real fact the phone after purchase only after two month gives a lot of problem such as battery, screen hanging the main thing the call routing the call which does not disconnect after pressing teh end button the phone which doesnot respond as soon as you open applications which are inbuild the games which are not working properly the shake games which too do not work teh buttons on the top of teh display they are of no use but are highly mentioned on the display time and teh card centre they just uninstall teh softwares and give the phone back and after few days the issue begains again and again each and every month new issues with the phone no feed back form so that can atleast leave a feed back if found any no response so the cell phone is now not a cell phone it is a horrible trouble for the customers now if you need any proof either the sony department please call me on teh given phone number or atleast mail me so that I can find that As i have invested on a company who atleast respond not be dumb from the end with no response.
