Hi,

This is Utkal Keshari Patra, had taken a Persona Loan of 3.66L from Axis Bank and I had paid all the amount on 2nd of June 2010. I was being told that I will get all the clearance amount within 15 days and ECS payment will be stopped. But it has been 1month I didn’t get any documents and for this month, EMI amount has been deducted from my account. I had informed the bank prior to this month not to deduct the amount as I needed that amount urgently. But EMI amount has deducted from my account.

I have been calling Axis bank multiple times and many times nobody is picking up the call and there is no proper reply when I am sending mail to pl.blr@axisbank.com .

So is this kind of service is provided to customers by Axis bank. I called up Axis bank customer care on Saturday(3rd July 10) and had told that I wanted to talk to Branch manager and they told me to give a call around 1:30 PM but when i called nobody picked up the call.

Hi,

This is Nagesh, had taken a amount from ATM AT UTHANGARI ON 6th October'13 from different debit card of 20k from Axis Bank and I had only 19.50k.I was check many time same amount only came from machine. at the time no security there. Only shortage Rs.500/-kindly help me or how to get the balance amount from bank.

Its been 3 months the loan processing has started and till date the loan sales person, name Guru kept on asking one to two docs every week, if he can ask me all the docs at one go I don't have trouble in providing the same. Even govt offices are better than this. Now he has started asking for some absurd doc, which are irrelevant and further delaying the loan processing. Not only this he is irresponsible and unresponsive. I have to call him several times then he will pick the phone.

If this complaint is not taken then I have to talk to branch manager.

I support this complaint.

Be careful while dealing with Axis Bank. Lot of frauds are happening in accounts of BSNL Kothrud, Excise Chandigarh, LIC Kanpur.
They might do a SIP with your EMI money.
