I have purchase the black Honda stunner bike in June 2012.
But after become a 8 months my bike color trun into red and green. But when
i show my bike at Honda service center to Mr. Ravinder he said your bike
plastic parts is reprinted that's why it happen.
But after a week i dint get any kind of revert from Honda service center.
So today i again visit the honda service center and met with Mr. Hemant
suri who is the AGM.
But when i explain my complaint to him he said your bike warranty was
expired. Because your bike 2 service was not done from our service center.
So we will not consider your bike complaint. And if you want to escalate to
directly to Honda so you can do. We will not do anything.
If you have this kind of service standard and employees like Hemant suri,
so have made a such a big mistake to buy the Honda bike.
Im really dissatisfied from Honda. If this is the Honda brand image so i
can't say anything about you and your employees who really dont known how
to speak with the customers. And if you take any action on this so call me
