MNC - Clutch fault

Dear sir
We have purchased the swift VDI on 20th march 2009.it was serviced regularly in maruti's authorised service centre and also having extended warenty which expires in 2012.To our unfortunate since begining of the vechicle it was not giving correct milage the same was informed in saboo malkpet where the vechicle purchased.however as on date aprx 18400-KM was travelled by an experenced and Engineerig qualified i.e.B.E (Mech.)Recnntly i observed the pick up was very bad and the vechicle was shown in Saboo malkapet service centre.we were told tha clutch plates are to be replaced costing about 6000 to 7000.Manger says even for 100 km running also cluth plates will go and vechicle might v=have driven half cluth etc. like usul resons responde. how can i run a vechicle with a half cluth that to being experinced taht to BE.(Mech) person will drive and also i knowthat swift has got built in accelarion up to 20 K.M with out giving any pressure on acc.pedal.I told both manager and technican also to observe the driving,then they says in this instance you may drive by taking precation??? how can a driver can chage his style of driving??? we gaot much belef and that to on advice of your top most Ex.exicutive & our baoss before joining Maruti,we purchased Swift VDI.Actually we thought of purchasing Hundi I-20 because delivery of Swift is around tgree months.some how it was made to deliver with in 20 days after paying full amount.other than this no problem kindly advice what to do now.with out any fault of mine i have to spend 6000/7000?? I am the needy person if at all i have to spend there is no other go .I have no other option except to sell it off for any cost and i wiil go either Ford Figo or Hundai I-120.
