This is Rakesh Sharma r/o M8/1234, O/s Nawankot, Opp. Ram Leela Ground, Amritsar, Punjab, India. I have bought a prepaid mobile connection No. 92177-00076 from Tata Indicom in the year 2004. Since then, this number is with me. 4 years ago, I submit my complete idproofs to the company’s office on their requirement of submission of Idproofs of all the customers. My number was working smoothly till June 2012. Suddenly in this month of June, 2012, company has closed this number without giving me any intimation. They didn't bother to give me a call or message. I am wandering in their offices and callng their customer care to know the reason and to start the number again. Sometimes they say that perhaps I had not recharged it for long time, instead I had recharged it just two before its closing. Then they said that my id_proofs didn''t match with their record. I am not responsible for their official problems. I am using this number for last 8 years and I had submitted my complete id_proofs. Why after this long time, company has awaken from a long sleep. Why I was not informed? Is this the way of treating the customers associated with the company for long time. I am having all of my numbers of this company like ********50, ********92, 92177-00076 and 6546484. Company should give my number ********76 back without any delay. I am bearing loss in my trading a/cs as they are not able to contact me. I am having this number in my bank accounts for last 8 years. It is not possible for me to change this number in all of my financial and social contacts.
Kindly help me to get my number 92177-00076 back from Tata Docomo. My alternate number is ********50 (Tata Docomo)
