Clarion Properties ltd is a property group based at Delhi. They also have other group
companies like SATYA Group, MAPLE GROUP,AJANTA GROUP etc. The group is owned
by Agarwals and Amritha[lady] who are DIRECTORS.
They cheated hundreds of people through a project at Gurgaon known as
LEGEND.Now they are coming out with another project at Sector 100 at Gurgaon
under banner SATYA.In between the years they cheated people through projects
atludhiana[under MAPLE name] BHATINDA[under SATYA name] andINDORE[under
SATYA name].Similar cheating is being done DUBAI[under CLARION name] and
mostly advanced stage at BANGALORE[name not known].
They have websites under different names and all of them show same construction
projects.They lure customers through false advts and by offering hefty commision
to buyers as pre launch discounts.At the time of booking they do not show proposed
payment schedules or agreements. Once money is collected, they force people to
sign terrible sale agreement.They go for delayed construction by using cheap
materials. Infact, at THE LEGEND they even forged documents of specifications
with cheat materials.Having collected money they go for intimidation, physical
threat, threat to snatch property etc.They also force people to sign blank
declarations, agreements, formats etc to hood wink the system.
They also have people carrying pistol to threaten people.The cheating is executed
through a group of Ladies[deliberatly] led by Amritha.
At THE LEGEND they have collected almost Rs 20 lacs per flat under false claims
and threat.Since most of the customers are from IT industry and MNC jobs they do
not have time to fight or complain.
They operate out of as many as four offices within Delhi in addition to Indore,
Bhatinda, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Jaipur and Dubai.
They are very influential and can get rid of opposition in any manner. They
managed to get occupancy certificate from HUDA when 30 % of the complex and
90% of the interiors are incomplete.they can buy HUDA !
we request the Police of affected states to be proactive and investigate.
Requesting Police not to hand over to an ordinary PI. Please investigate with the help
of officers who are legally sound, computer savvy and understand accounting.
They are doing similar thing with Hermitage Project Sector 103, Gurgaon. Bal 5% has become 50% of total cost of apartment.
They are doing it again with the possession of The Hermitage at Sector 103, gurgaon.
They have added vague charges in the final demand and harassing people to pay it. They are not providing proper reply to email. Every time they just ask to come and meet. And in meeting they say we will now just listen and call back you with solution.
They are frauds and playing on investors/end users money.
If it happened so all Government agencies like SEBI, Anti corruption, and all relevant agencies have to take action against Satya Clarion.
I support this complaint. This complaint shows the need for a strong & independent SEBI like regulator for REAL ESTATE
I support this complaint. they are not only cheater but big player in ruthless industry though they are showing their operations in Dubai but its totaly maticalous though iam in UAE since 5 yrs even tracked the company record witch is not in existience.
