I ordered for a package of birthday gifts from that stupid, careless, useless chennaiflorist.com . its a completely fraud company they charged me rs. 1500 for the package. The pictures shown on the net are too good only to attaract the customers but the products are really worth less and crapy. It had a big teddy ( singing), one full chocolate truffle - 1 kg, one big heart shaped ballon, and a bunch of red roses, a heart shaped key chain and a big greeting card. But what was delivered are a really not worth of rs. 1500 and they delivered a small tiny teddy, one useless 2 rs ballon, one small cake - 1/2 kg - ordinary cake, and a bunch of roses ( already old) and a small card and a very tiny key chain. When enquired abt the product. they showed faces and abused us using bad words. When asked for refund, they told that they will not do any and asked us to do what ever we can against them . so people - i sincerely , honestly and truly advice u all - as to not to fall into their trap seeing the site and kindly dont ur money. we had a big fight with the delivery person on my brithday and the whole day got wasted into useless bec of their ruthless behaviour. I have never faced any bad customer service as this and we are trying to stop his payment thru the bank.

such an idiot the owner is and talks all but rubbish in hindi. all hindi words - worthless to speak , comes from him. This compmay is a really a useless one trying to cheat people and so should be closed while his license to be cancelled. will government take action against such frauds?
