I would seek your help in resolving my case related to the buliders who had failed to handover the completion Apartment.
After being paid all the amount the bulider are not traceable at location for the past two monhts.
I have purchased a flat in Lakshmi Residency Flat 401 from AYYAPPA Construction which located at Vinodh Nagar near ASR Super Market, Kakani Nagar Vishakapatnam 530009 .
The Promoters and bulider named the company as Ayyapa constrctuion and Mr ASN Murthye who takes the resposible person and heading the organisation whose contact mobile no ********43, Mr K . Bhupathi the patner and person irresposible hia contact moblie number 9492349l220 and the Architect Engineer Mr AL Raos who has never visited the site and also given any sort architectual advises his contact mobile contact through other mobino ********23.
we had to contact them they have black listed and we always get enaged toine and when try with mobile they say and cut the cotact,
I requset someone who can advise us how to resolve our issue.
