Few months ago I was planning to buy Individual house in Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore , i visited some property website like 99 acres and suleka. I got some Builders mobile no then i contacted them through brokers and they showed me some property which the value was 55lakhs. I decided to go on but they told me to give token advance 10000 thousand, so on the next day i gave it 10k. But later on i dropped the plan because i got some good property in chennai compared to this one. Now this Lakshmi Developers and Builders(Narayana swamy ********96) not giving the amount of 10k. He used to blame me like anything we will not give amount what ever you want to do please do it, he was saying that i will not bother about anything. If you want to give a police complaints give it.

Now owner is not picking the call even that broker also(Venkat ********99), they not giving me the money almost 5 months over.
