as i recd call for the product like discounting 30% flat discount on products excluding utility bills and petrol or diesel also. i excepted the transaction. after receiving the product i was shocked to know that the brands available r only big brands which is not used by a common or middle class person like me ,and i cannot travel to delhi just to get the discount offered by the above mentioned company.this is a complete cheating case or i have to travel in city for two hours to get the discount as i stay very far place.there r not a single outlet that is near my residence.i would like the above mentioned company to revert 5799.ruppees immediately.if it is delayed i will be forced to file the complaint to consumer forum. u r requested to send mail on aanchalarts@gmail.com for returning the starter pack back to ur premises or pls send ur mumbai address so that i can send back ur pack at the earliest. pradeep sachdev

u r requested to do ur homework before saling the product that what r the shops or frachise ur offering discounts in nearby area available to the consumer. this will keep companys image at good level, and pls target upper middle class and higher class cutomers for the offers as u have only big brands in ur portfolio and that also 90% in delhi.
