They stole my money by cheating, for shipping household goods from Gurgaon to Hyderabad, charged me 60,000 including Octroi and Insurance. But did not even paid the truck driver sufficiently and all the stuff damaged. He is not answering phone for claiming insurance and even if answer always lie stating that he is a meeting and will call in 10 minutes. If I call him again getting angry and using unparliamentary words. I am not finding ways to get my claim or at least to talk to a responsible manager of the firm.
