My vehicle met accident on 06-07-2014 near Baluchettisathiram, Kanchipuram District. In this regarded I informed to your insurance company gugai (720407) branch officer and vehicle dealer: SKS automobiles Salem.

After, baluchettisathiram Police, verification and enquiry. my vehicle handover to SKS automobiles S/R: 2/152 omlaur road, mamangampost salem 636302 in present of Insurance branch officer on 10-07-2014 with all necessary documents.

At time, I am claiming total damage. But, The Insurance company and SKS automobiles unethical playing in my life. Still i am don't know about, what doing on between Insurance company and SKS automobiles?

(In mean while i paid Rs. 25,000/- to the SKS Automobile dealer through my a/c to SKS company A/c no: 01********8613.)

Now, more than Four months over (nearly 130 days). SKS automobiles not hand over my vehicle.


This is show your actives that is you not obey and followed the consumer act - “COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 / SECTION 17 SECTION 21 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986”.


In this regard I personal affect physically and mental because of your worst and unethical service.

In last 4 months I visited SKS Company and Insurance branch officer on 20 times and above. But my vehicle is not ready (still now). Because of your worst actives I loosed by business and I have spent more and more money for recent vehicle in last 4 months for my business and personal work. Totally I loosed Rs. 10,00,000/- because of you in last 130 days.

Under the “COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 / SECTION 17 SECTION 21 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986” . I am claiming Rs. 10,00,000 /-
