I have M&M Scorpio 2006 CRDe Model (KA-01-MB-6549). Given it for service in Jan 2013 during which the clutch plates & complete set has been replaced & billed for me.

Now on 26th Mar 2014 I have given for service and service people (Soumya) said the clutch plates are at final stage of ware out. I am surprised how come in just 1yrs(running for 7300KM) the Brand new clutch plates can spoil. I am really unhappy & feel cheated with Sireesh Auto service and need this to be rectified by them immediately.

I am the single owner / User of my car and in past 1 yrs its just driven 7300 KM and how come Clutch plates are go wrong; were as clutch plates are expected run for minimum 65,000-70,000KM in normal driven condition.

I really want the M&M regional Service team to take action into this and replace the clutch plates as I feel they have cheated me last year by putting the old plates and charged me huge amount of 18,000.
