I had purchased Micromax funbook from the website http://ncarry.nimbuzz.com after being redirected from the micromax homepage on 19th April 2012. My order details are hereunder:

After this, days started passing by and in their track order page, it was only written "Awaiting Dispatch". This continued as I frantically made calls to their customer support. (Till date I have written at least 6-8 mails to them, but no body cares to reply them.) After about 12 days the track order page showed :
"Shipped on: 30-Apr-2012
Courier: Blue Dart (AWB No: 43********1)
Status: In transit (Call 011-******** for details)"

This is the biggest scam. They never booked the consignment with Blue Dart, but gave me a false AWB number. Again, after waiting for 2 days when I found out this to be false, I called up the customer care personnel. Now they started telling different stories everyday. I have spoken to Prateek, Arvind, Manju, Ponam, Jagat. Upon inquiring, their feedbacks were like:
- "you will receive it today or tomorrow, the Blue Dart people could not update their tracking system due to heavy work load"
-"the consignment is lost and cannot be traced by blue dart"
-"our logistic team is in process of investigating the case as why you the consignment cannot be tracked"
-"the consignment is lost and we are dispatching you another piece today"

Now comes the bouncer:
Today, when I called them up, Mr prateek, who happens to be the supervisor, picked up my call and said that the amount I have paid is not being reflected in their system as a result of which, the delivery of my consignment is being held up. He asked me to forward him my bank copy of the transaction in his personal email ID, upon receiving which, he will clear my delivery within half an hour.

I forwarded the mail to him today morning at 11.00 a.m. Now it is 7.30 in the evening, no action has been taken, I have tried to contact them several times, they are not even picking up my phones.

Throughout the last 18 days, I am terribly mentally harassed for being financially cheated by NCarry.
