I ordered a LED display sneakers (of size 6) worth Rs. 3499/- on 6th April 2018 on Cash on Delivery mode. I received the product on 11th April 2018. The parcel was well packed,as it should be, but as soon as i oped it, I found a used/old kids wear of not worth Rs.200/- even. I contacted the company immediately on their number ********42 and they said that the courier company and made this mistake and it will be resolved by Monday, 16th April 2018. They also told me to send an email to the company (hello@massoyshift.com) with the photos of the product received. I immediately sent the email as I was told.
Till today I have not received any reply of my mail or any type of communication from the company. They are also not answering my phone calls. Need help in resolving this as early as possible.
Yes...Massoy shift is a fraud company....my name is Shalini shukla I ordered LED shoes worth 4500/ and they have sent me normal uniform shoes of Ascott company which is worthless....these shoes r dirty n not even of 100/.... I hv been calling them since last month now they hv blocked me and are not picking up the call... I want my money back...I hv lodged a complaint in consumer forum but there also the status is same they have not done anything yet...dear friends let's unite and do something against this company.
